I suppose most of us know his delightful, sparkling Konzertstück for Clarinet and Orchestra in F major, in the style of Carl Maria von Weber.

What do we know about this composer apart from what the booklet notes of the CD 'The Clarinet in Concert' tell us? Is there a list of his works? Other work(s) released on CD?

I don't know of any complete lists, but he did also write
"Die Ruine in Tharand" (opera in 3 acts)
"Lore-Ley, die Fee am Rhein" (opera in 3 scenes) (libretti only? of these two at LoC)
Worldcat.org, especially the Dutch Royal Library (http://www.kb.nl/menu/catalogi.html, lists a large number of scores, with opus numbers into the 90s or so (including apparently a manuscript copy of his Fest-ouverture opus 53 at the Dutch Royal Library, and over 100 other catalog entries associated with his name...)
Harvard has the vocal score of his opus 72 symphonic poem for solos, chorus and orchestra "Vincentius de Paulo = (Vincentius a Paulo) : dramatisches Gedicht in zwei Theilen" ;
He was also active as a publisher in Leipzig, of works by Kirchner, Carl Reissiger, and others.
