I think the same performers have recorded (for broadcast (edit: see below- they have released it on CD)) the Foerster cello concerto before (or this is a repeat of their earlier broadcast of the work). It's an enjoyable late piece in any case (sometimes given no opus number I think, sometimes opus 143 as you say. Anycase, I think I have their earlier(?) recording somehow... )

ah. indeed, commercially released on a 2009 Supraphon CD, with Martinu's first concerto and a capriccio by Jan (not Vitezslav) Novák. Anycase, enjoy - movements are Andante sostenuto e funeste - Moderato - Allegro ma non troppo (tre battute) (and total length is about 20 minutes.)

that would be difficult as the cello concerto is apparently a commercial recording. (at least, the same personnel - it may be a new broadcast recording with the same personnel but I have my doubts, I think this is a broadcast consisting of older recordings.) perhaps the rest isn't though...
