Copies of pms in outbox

Mark/Alan, I sent a pm, ticked "save reply in outbox" but can't find outbox and there is no evidence msage has been sent. Can u elucidate?:)ThanksSteve Benson

Hi Steve, I'm sorry that you are having problems. Just to check that you have properly located your Sent Items store:

Click on My Messages/Read your messages in the top menu and then hover over Messages in the lower menu and you should see a menu item Sent Items. Clicking on that should take you to the Sent Items store. The Save reply in Outbox tickbox is badly worded as it really means Save in Sent Items.

If your message is there, then fine. If it isn't, has your recipient received it? Let me know if not and I'll dig further, but there's no way of restoring a lost message I'm afraid.
