Avril Coleridge-Taylor: Piano Concerto and Orchestral Works on Resonus Classics

[4candles]

Has anyone any views on this recently released disk. From the soundbites at Presto, the music (including mostly premier recordings) sounds highly accomplished - as one might expect from a Coleridge-Taylor!

As a side note, I have just this morning received a complimentary copy of S. Coleridge-Taylor's recent disk from Somm Recordings - including the excellent group from my region, the Ulster Orchestra - and I look forward to giving it a spin!
