No trace of the 25 Feb. 1889 wedding in the Paris "Registre des mariages". The announcement is for the religious wedding. The legal wedding ("mariage civil") must have been celebrated elsewhere. Unfortunately, both family names Ville and Bourgeois are quite common in France.
