if anyone's interested who downloaded Harsányi's 1951 symphony (premiered 1953) as conducted by Rosenthal back when, I found out more information about the 1956 concert in which that broadcast was performed, etc. See this link.

The movement indications, according to the manuscript full score, are:
I. Quasi moderato ma molto alzando (I'm not sure about the "alzando" as the handwriting of the manuscript is not very clear, but I don't think there's a more correct possibility)
II. Allegro giocoso con brio
III. Poco lento -
IV. Allegro con fuoco
