Thanks for tghis rarely heard work by NOvak.
Can Signorina Gioventù and Marysa be far away?...

Can't wait to hear this! Novak is one of my favourite composers - especially for 'The Storm' - an absolute masterpiece, the South Bohemian Suite and the terribly moving 'Christ Child's Lullaby'.

Thanks so much for posting this.

Well, if you like this one you'll flip next month when the May Symphony is uploaded here. Somebody offered...?

...fingers crossed...

Hoping this is still available for download when I get back next week; I also really, really enjoy his music, especially in my case a copy I have somewhere of an LP of his cello sonata and 3rd string quartet. Wonderful music (the brief, obsessive G minor sonata receiving a stunning performance there, especially its ostinato finale) and of course other works too...

Herrarte, is Novak's op.62 intentionally blocked? The link leads to the message: "This file is currently set to private."

I wanted to block some of my daughter's photos, but I guess I blocked the wrong file 'cause they were open to download. Nothing bad in 'em.  Good thing you said something, it's open to download now.

Cheers,
