Not to mention  arranged a lot more.
'Jericho'  incidentally is also on the RCA SACD "Marches and Percussion" but ONLY the SACD and not the previous CD.

Just a few additions:
"Lincoln Legend" exist on Guild (Toscanini)
  "Spirituals for orchestra" exist on Bearac by Dorati and Minneapolis (it was a Mercury Lp)
  "Latin American Symphonette" exist on Vanguard (Abravanel, Utah)
