The alternative, Peter, is to download the tracks from Amazon or wherever Supraphon is available and make your own CD. Murphy's law will apply, I know, and the Dobias track(s) will no doubt be "Album only", but at least you'd only need to buy one CD's worth of music you don't want...

I've uploaded an alternative performance of the 2nd Symphony, along with his Sinfonietta ("Symphonietta" in some sources), which has never been issued commercially.
