I believe the cello concerto is lost (there may be a surviving fragment or sketch at L of C.)  That info may be out-of-date, though, as I was looking for the piece 25 years ago...

As far as I know the Hanson/Mercury recordings have not been released on cd-which is a pity since that would make the Poeme(La Bonne Chanson) available.
