The 40th and final American catalogue from me for the time being ;D  Still was-again-not an easy composer to attempt because so many of his compositions were originally written for small, instrumental combinations and then orchestrated. It is therefore a bit of a nightmare to try to cover everything orchestral. Still also, of course, orchestrated a large number of American songs and I had to omit many of these.
