Neukomm Sinfonie heroique and other works on cpo

The Neukomm symphony op.19 (published ca.1818) and some other works (Fantasies Op.9 and NV 41, Fantasy on Paradise Lost) are out later this month in Europe on a cpo CD. (At least one of these works, Op.19 in D, has had orchestral parts scanned in by the Goethe-Universität and mirrored by IMSLP. Early Romantic/late Classical, not that I mind- maybe not the most appropriate to this forum - but I submit as hopefully interesting to some besides myself. I have noticed his name, and this CD, have been mentioned one or two times though in other contexts.

The same group (Kölner Akademie/Willens) already recorded a concerto and other music by Neukomm back in 2010, for ARS Produktion.
