With the new release of D'Indy by Chandos, and finding that I have all of those pieces (and the Jean Hundaye symphony is STILL not available), I took a look at his catalogue for MIA items.

MIA
5   Jean Hundaye, symphony (1874-5)
La divine comédie, symphonic poem after Dante (1871)
6   Antoine et Cléopâtre, overture after Shakespeare (1876)
28   Sérénade et valse for orchestra (1885)

are there any recordings of La Chevauchée du Cid (op.11)? (Scène hispano-moresque : pour baryton et chœur avec accompagnement d'orchestre ou de piano.) (hrm. short-score at Lausanne, premiered by 1877, maybe the performing materials are unavailable (as in lost, not as in not presently in circulation.) and it might (edit: for orchestral performance, now that I look twice) have to be reconstructed - though that, again, has never stopped anyone, if it's worth it... vocal score republished in 2009, even. And even so, the composer does seem to allow piano accompaniment as an option. Maybe not the preferred option, but an option...)
