Does anyone know of the whereabouts of the three pieces for piano and orchestra that Esposito composed?  As far as I am aware, none were published, though the first concerto and the Fantasia for two pianos and orchestra were performed.

Piano Concerto Op.18  1878
Piano Concerto in F minor Op.68  1912
Fantasia for two pianos and orchestra  Op.48  1901

Dibble thinks that the scores of the concertos, anyway, have been lost (Dibble, "Michele Esposito", p.143, per Google preview. Whether he means that he knows that they were, in fact, lost or that he wasn't able to locate them- he seems to know of the manuscript location of a number of other unpublished works, I see- I don't know. He does seem fairly certain of the dating of the 2nd concerto, at least; the same can't be said of the Fantasia, premiered(?) 1904, composed by(?) 1903, not presently known to survive in any form, and not even described in press notices of the premiere.)
