sdtom mentioned he knew of most Russian composers, I am wondering if anyone knows of where the MS or parts are for the following Piano Quintets:  Julius Bleichmann 1869-1909  PQ of 1891, Anatoly Drozdov 1883-1950 PQ of 1928, Michael Gneissen 1883 PQ of 1909 and Vasily Zolotargov 1872-1964 PQ of 1904.

Giles, I have the printed score and parts of Bleichmann's Op16 piano quintet in D major (Breitkopf) - also his violin sonata Op15 (Jurgenson). Both are melodic works, alittle bit on the conservative side for their age, and  the Op16 reminds me in places of Rubinstein (at his most inspired!).

I'm afraid I cannot help with the others (at the moment!).

In fact the Bleichmann works are both online at http://imslp.org/wiki/Category:Bleikhman,_Yuly_Ivanovich

Will look into the others too.

Gneissen- Gnesin- piano quintet Rekviem is at http://imslp.org/wiki/Requiem,_Op.11_(Gnesin,_Mikhail_Fabianovich), not sure if this is the work you mean but I think it might be. Zolotarov (or Zolotargov? I've heard of the former) died too recently to be on IMSLP (a Canadian site, so no one who died in 1960 or more recently has their works there, or will until at least next year, 2015 I think in his case- Canadian ©-law is death-plus-50, as I recall) but might be somewhere else - will continue to check...
