Rarely heard works by Ryelandt, Soulage, Foote and Bantock on this recording from MSR Classics, 'available' from 5 August:

Music sounds quite approachable, but the acoustic is odd. It sounds to me like the viola is toward the back of a rather cavernous room, or empty concert hall!

It does sound rather odd. I'm not sure about the violist either. I think this might grate after a while.
