...I mentioned its coupling on CD, the Violin Concerto No.4 in B flat by Jan Kubelik, dating from the early 1920s:

Although it has its more chromatic sections, this is a very beautiful, lyrical, late romantic work, well worth getting to know. It is given a stunning performance here by Miroslav Vilímec who also has the benefit of good support from the Pilsen Philharmonic and conductor Tomáš Brauner.
