I know only some facts: The piano concerto will be played by the Ternopil philharmonic orchestra with Violina Petrychenko as soloist. But therefore I can't read the cyrillic letters, I can't check time and date on the website ...

If you can paste the link here, I can tell you as I read Ukrainian and Russian.

It appears, however, that these are only the piano scores, not the full orchestral scores.

It should be this website (but like I said, it might be wrong, because I can't read anything):

I'm afraid there's nothing on that page about Kosenko or about Ms Petrychenko..... What was it that took you to that website?

How about Kosenko's Violin Concerto of 1919?>>

Rather luscious, I thought.

Quote from: Christopher on Tuesday 21 January 2020, 18:40It turns out the orchestration of the 11 Etudes is something of a project, with its own website - https://kosenko.in.ua/ - in Ukrainian only but google-translate works well (see below).

I mentioned a few years ago (in this thread above) a project to orchestrate Kosenko's 11 Etudes in the Form of Old Dances (Op.19, for solo piano). I have found a good quality recording of this on youtube -
- orchestration by Evhen Zhaku. Played by the Eclectic Sound Orchestra under the direction of Serhii Lykhomanenko (recorded December 2020).

At 1 hour and 20 minutes it's a significant symphonic work.

The commentary below the video, in Ukrainian, reads as follows (care of google-translate):
Online premiere of the concert 🌟Kod Kosenko🌟
🕗 December 28 at 8:30 p.m
💪 With the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Fund
🎼 In the musical establishment of Ukraine, no one considered the brilliant composer Viktor Kosenko a symphonist. First of all, we all know him as a composer and virtuoso pianist. But during his short life Viktor Stepanovych created monumental canvases for the piano with powerful symphonic potential. Subsequent generations of composers felt it. One by one, there are attempts at orchestrations of his works from the post-war years until today. For almost a century, Kosenko has inspired generations of followers to create orchestral versions of his works, literally deciphering his piano "coding" and deploying them in various compositions of orchestral ensembles.
🎹Undoubtedly, the cycle ⭐Eleven etudes in the form of ancient dances⭐ - the largest piano suite in all Ukrainian music, could not fail to be noticed by professional orchestrators. A pearl of Ukrainian neoclassicism. This suite is forever inscribed in the history of national art. The outstanding Levko Kolodub partially addressed the work. But the first systematic and professional orchestration was proposed by Leonid Bylchynskyi in the 80s. Currently, there is a stock recording of this orchestration conducted by the famous Ukrainian conductor Volodymyr Sirenko. The concert premiere of the orchestration was realized by the conductor Serhii Lyhomanenko in 2018 in Kharkiv.
🔸In 2019, another version of the orchestration appeared, created by the composer Evhen Zhaku. Thanks to the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, the premiere took place in Lviv. Serhii Lyhomanenko conducted the piece.
🔹Despite the fact that 2020 was a very difficult year for the concert industry, "Ancient Dances" will still be heard in the Ukrainian Radio Recording House in the capital. All "Eleven etudes in the form of ancient dances" will be performed by the Eclectic Sound Orchestra under the direction of Serhii Lykhomanenko. This is another updated version of the orchestration where the organ is used for the first time. This instrument will be played by the arranger of the "dances", the composer Evhen Zhaku.
🤩A feature of the 🌟Kosenko Code🌟 concert is the use of a video sequence on large screens from 11 films by Ukrainian directors, which will conceptually complement and "reveal" the aesthetic and philosophical perception of classical works in a new way.
So, we invite you to the online premiere from December 28 at 8:30 p.m. on social networks or on the 🌐project website https://kosenko.in.ua

For each part, they play a few bars of the original solo piano version, before the orchestrated version starts.

The undated sonata 2&3 (and revised no.1) publications on imslp may be from the 1970s.
