BACHELET - Un Jardin sur l'Oronte

[Ebubu]

Erlanger Leretour has offered, on his YT channel, a few Muse Sound orchestrations of totally forgotten pieces, which are really worth discovering :

The main bulk of them concern several scenes of this magnificent opera, praised by Dukas following its 1932 creation at the Paris Opera, Un Jardin sur l'Oronte.  But some other realizations are really worth exploring to.

The Ascanio Association, which initiated the resurrection of 2 previously unknown operas (Ascanio by Saint-Saëns, and La Sorcière by Camille Erlanger) under the baton of Guillaume Tourniaire, has announced 2 major projects for the coming years : Bachelet's Un Jardin sur l'Oronte (title still undisclosed, but we know from other sources) and Pierné's Vendée.
