Title: "Secret" Violin Concerto from "Swan Lake"??

Yah, I know that Tchaikovsky isn't unsung, but this piece appears on YouTube at:

Is this something that Tchaikovsky actually DID or is it someone else work?  Or what?

Just by the title, I'd guess it's simply the solo violin movements from Swan Lake strung together, and a casual check of the audio makes it seem to be the case. I'd have to listen more to see if there's anything that Tchaikovsky didn't orchestrate in that way himself.
