Herrarte,

Thank you for sharing the Alexandrov Lp. I was extremely in awe with the music !
Its so wonderful to have the chance to listen to the composer himself play the music!
Please share more from alexandrov if you do have ! He is one of my favorite "scriabinist" composers.

I do have a recording of dmitri blagoy performing his own piano sonata. Perhaps you might be interested?

By the way... here i have uploaded on youtube victor bunins performance on alexandrovs piano sonata No.14, and with sore.

Would you happen to have the recording of his Diaries Op.94? Would be great to have both books completed !
Shame his symphony no.2 is not recorded.

All best,

Tony

Hello everyone.
Does anybody know or might have any recording to this obscure soviet composer?

Has written over a dozen operas, 16 Symphonies, Violin Concerto, Cello Concerto, 4 Symphoniettas. 8 Symphonic Pictures, Piano Sonata, over 70 Romances/Songs.
But i cant find anything from this gentleman. Perhaps some one of you might shed some light to this composer?

All best,

Jim. Thank you very much for those rare argentinian orchestrals. Specially the jacobo´s pc no2. Something i never heard of.
I think argentinian pc is the least i can ever find/have !
I only got a few chilean pc´s and a lot of brazilian pcs. Those from gnattali, Rosa and Mignone.
Perhaps you might be interested in Gnattali´s Concerto Carioca No.1 and 2? No.2 for Piano, Bass, Battery and orchestra.

Composers & Music / Otto Neitzel
Saturday 18 June 2011, 02:06
Wikipedia : Otto Neitzel (6 July 1852 – 10 March 1920) was a German composer, pianist, writer on music, and lecturer. Neitzel was born in the town of Falkenburg in Farther Pomerania (modern Złocieniec, Poland).

From 1873 to 1875 he was a student of Franz Liszt. He composed several operas. Neitzel died in Cologne).

Does anyone know any historial recording of this man´s Piano Concerto Op.26?
Apparently in the Romantic Piano Concerto world.. it's second only to Busoni in number of pages according to some researchers. And probably in length.
Backhaus performed this concerto during his early career. Does anyone know if the concerto has ever been played after the WW2?
Hope this can be task for hyperion.
