Trying to find a photo of the above composer (Fritz Kauffmann) but not having much success.

There is a photo with the biographical article on page 337 of Friedrich Jansa:
Deutsche Tonkünstler und Musiker in Wort und Bild, published in 1911. I have scans of the entire book and could provide a copy of the page in question but the photo will not be in the highest resolution.
