How do I upload a picture from my own PC? I can't figure it out.

You upload your picture to some web space with an address (like www.storage.com/my_picture.jpg) and then add that address to a post here. In the post select the address and click the icon in the "Post Reply" page which looks like a tiny Mona Lisa (it's the first one in the middle row - right above the smiley). Two little bits of code will now enclose the picture's web address. When you post, the picture will appear instead of the web address.
