I have noticed composers occasionally post original music on this site.
Thoughts...
1/Is that Ok?
2/Should there be a section for it?
3/It clearly can't be 'Romantic era' music but it can be Romantic in style, is that close enough?
1. Yes, why not? It's often fascinating to have their perspective.
2. The posts are comparatively few so I don't think that's necessary, and anyway our first board is called "Composers and Music" :).
3. Yes it is - if you read our guidelines (http://www.unsungcomposers.com/forum/index.php/topic,3681.0.html), you'll see that we specifically recognise such cases.
