Google translate tells me that it now requires a password. it didn't before, so I guess that is what has changed. Have you tried contacting them?
Registering and obtaining a password doesn't help. I've sent them an email and received a response. I translated the email using Google but it is very confusing and talks about contacting the people that posted the works.

Maybe they have run foul of copyright laws?
