Title: Raff Fantasie-Sonate
Post by: eschiss1 on Friday 02 March 2018, 17:58
The Goethe-University Frankfurt uploaded the Siegel edition to their website a few years back, and I have now mirrored this (with a few blank pages removed) to IMSLP.org (http://imslp.org/wiki/Fantasie-Sonate,_Op.168_(Raff,_Joachim)). (Lovely work. The new Nordstern edition's easier to read, though, if you can acquire that for yourself- probably better to use that if you want to play it.)

Thanks, Eric. It is indeed a lovely work, but then I'm probably biased.

Even with Raff, I like some of his works better than you (do) - I'm not sure "biased" is exactly the word here, anyway. You did introduce me to the sonata -- but I appreciate that. :)
