I've chosen the Fitelberg to listen to first because it'a 49-minute monster! It's extremely romantic, full of the most beautiful melodies - in other words, right up my musical street. Is it too long? - undoubtedly. Do I care? - not for a moment.

Like the Caro CD, this appears to be complete on YT - which is perhaps disheartening for those who have purchased either disc!

People, including members here, have tried to explain to me the commercial logic for performers or labels doing this and it still makes no sense. Paid-for streaming platforms, yes, but YouTube?

Odd movements as enticements to purchase the CD/download are understandable, but to make the whole thing available is crazy. The music is immediately attractive, and so that tactic would surely have paid off.
