Title: Eduard Schütt; Piano Concerto No.2 in F min, Op.47 (1896)

Here's the newly remastered version of my rendition of Schütt's 2nd concerto:
It's the first of my Phase Two MuseScore pieces to be remastered in Sibelius/NotePerformer, and remains one of my favorite discoveries since starting the project.

This is a really special work, and shame it has remained obscure for so long. I've been listening to it more than a couple of times already. Your original Musescore rendition was difficult to listen to due to audio balancing issues and tinniness, but this video is a marked improvement and the previous audio issues are all but taken care of. The rondo is such a genial and lovely piece of music to end the concerto with, but the preceding movements are of course very impressive, as well.

Yeah, it's a shame that YouTube is giving this video such short shrift.  My original MuseScore version was among the most viewed videos on my channel, despite my doing no promotion of it whatsoever, while this one has gotten almost nothing by comparison, while being objectively better in every respect, even though I've posted it to several forums.  Seems to be just a luck of the draw sort of thing.

It surely is almost criminal that the  Schütt concertos have been continually overlooked for a professional recording; and now Hyperion has gone I wonder where a recording is likely to come from.
Perhaps the ever-industrious Oliver Triendl is the main contender?
Also, I still maintain that the equally neglected Borowski would still make the ideal coupling!

I am wholly of your opinion, Martin. Oliver Triendl might be the man and perhaps Capriccio the label - or maybe CPO. Time to make some approaches, methinks.
