I see that the very fine MDG label have uploaded a great deal, if not all, of their catalogue on YT, in 1521 files. Stunning quality recordings, which may include some music appropriate to our remit.

They do, but boy do they make you work to find and hear any of it. Archive.org, as commendable as the initiative is, has about the worst UI and search functionality you'll find on the web.
Still, there is some good stuff there, and it's all downloadable so far as I can see.
Do we know if the actual label uploaded these? It looks like the uploader has posted some DG stuff as well.

I gave up. Life is too short!

Yes, I don't blame you. It is very awkward. You have to click on the arrow which comes up next to MP3 VBR, then scroll down the interminable list until you arrive at whatever track you want to hear/download. I just set it playing and leave it running while I'm working.....

Just click on "Show All" below MP3 VBR and you'll get a list of folders.
Thanks, that's much easier to get to grips with. I'm not complaining, but it seems to be a very small selection of the MDG catalogue - just 89 CDs.
It seems clear that MDG has not uploaded this, by the way; the same user (https://archive.org/details/@manticora10011010) has added cpo and DG productions as well. Pretty fishy.
Yes, I agree. I had assumed it was some sort of public-spirited initiative by MDG, but clearly I was naïve.
Well, you'd think that Archive.org would be more attentive to potential copyright breaches, considering their problematic past in this area. But apparently, no.
I did flag the upload, so maybe they'll take action.

Yes, me too, Disappointing.
