Title: Alphonse Duvernoy; Fantaisie Symphonique for Piano and Orchestra in G min, Op.50

Here's my rendition of this piece.
I understand there was some competition on this one, but for the record I've had this in production since early April.  There was another version on MuseScore of which I was unaware - though it's incomplete, lacking all dynamics and some other features.  This is entirely my own transcription, not based on any other version.  I've made some different decisions regarding tempo, particularly on the 3rd movement, which I found to be entirely too fast at the marked tempo on the score.

Wonderful little concerto, very reminiscent of Pierné and Dubois.

Seems like almost the only works of his to have been commercially recorded (that I can find) are songs (and/or operatic excerpts) and some flute works like his 2 pieces Op.41. Thanks for this! (Hope some violinist has a look at his sonatas and someone a look at his piano trio, e.g. :) )
