Discovered this lovely Andantino which was the 4th movement of the original 1840 version of Gade's Piano Sonata in E minor. I was wondering if someone could help me locate the sheet music if it exists?

It's in the Berlin Staatsbibliothek, (https://stabikat.de/Record/1891516868) it seems. DM me if you want me to photograph it when I visit at the end of August.
Is this the original version? I don't see any details in the description.
