Finally got around to hearing this. Good piece.
About the movement titles, here they are:
1. Allegro ma non troppo
2. Allegretto grazioso
3. Menuetto: Allegro — Trio: Più lento — Allegro — Menuetto D.C.
4. Allegro
Composed ??, published 1911. (By Roder, Leipzig, it says, but Roder, I thought, was primarily if not only an engraver - and works they engraved often carried Engraved by Leipzig: C.G. Röder ..., so it may be that the author of the below page misread the score?)
From Swedish Musical Heritage (http://www.swedishmusicalheritage.com/composers/lindblad-adolf-fredrik/SMH-W30-Kvartett_No_4_h-moll).
The publisher is Abr(aham) Hirsch. They published 6 of Lindblad's quartets and numbered them 1-6. The engraver was Röder.
