Title: Louis Vuillemin (1879-1929)

I recently came across a programme of a Royal Philharmonic Society's concert on 26 January 1926 in which a piece by the Breton Louis Vuillemin was given its first performance in England, the orchestral suite En Kernéo. The composer was a completely new name to me and I am not sure if he falls within UC's remit. He has a French wikipedia entry and one of the links from there points this biography which refers to him as sensual and a melodist:

Does anyone at UC know more?
