It's saved in my files as Melancholic Waltz by Lyudkevych.  It is clearly not that (as I have now come across that piece separately and recently uploaded it here) - and it is neither a waltz nor melancholic!  It may or may not be by Lyudkevych  ....

Actually, Shazam often works surprisingly well for classical commercial recordings, often identifying not only the music itself, but also the performers.
