Seek Dalibor - his finest tragic opera. There's a very good recording on the Oynx label with Jiri Belohlavek.
The Kiss - I think his finest comic opera even better than Bartered bride. Chalabala has a fine recording on Supraphon.
Soon to be released on Supraphon. Unless I'm mistaken, this seems to be a collection of previously available recordings, now included in one box set.
