* was there a first Toccata ?
RCM appears to have the mss of 3 piano trios: in C, E flat and E minor, respectively. National Library of Poland has, according to WorldCat, the printed score and parts of the Op. 22 trio. RCM also lists the ms score of a Symphony. A fair amount of the printed solo piano music seems to be available in a number of libraries.
Imslp has the 2nd trio, in C. IMSLP has an inprogress list (https://imslp.org/wiki/List_of_works_by_Charles_Neate) of his works.
Is there a date for the symphony ?
Yes. Symphony in E flat, 1814.
Thanks just added it, always like to start the list with a symphony !!! Does any one have an opinion about the trios, are they worthy of a performance ?
Incidentally, re. Op. 14, "tri chant o bunnau" means simply "three hundred pounds" - but I do not know the song.
