MDG will release an album of chamber pieces by Christian Heinrich Rinck (1770-1846). Included is a set of piano trios, op. 32, which dates from 1812. (Also a piano trio which appears to be a little too early for this forum (1803), as well as a few pieces which, upon first glance, I can't date yet). For as much or little as it's worth, Rinck is described in the album blurb as "a composer who combines Rococo elegance with Romantic ideas in a most highly individual manner. " Release from Presto - end of May.
