The last refuge of romantic music is in films and some ballets (sometimes from the same pen): lend an ear to Finnish composer Tuomas Kantellinen:his ballet music Snow Queen.

Not great music, in my view....

Is most of what is talked about on this forum 'great'? I have the CD and it's for sure enjoyable. Maybe a bit derivative, perhaps, but tuneful and colorful.

You're right, of course. I should have said something like 'mediocre, generic, anonymous.' But that's only my view...
