Title: 'Lost' Saxophone Concertos
Post by: Martin Eastick on Monday 14 September 2020, 16:12
Although not a new release as such, I have just come across this rather curious assembly of works for saxophone and orchestra, mainly because of the inclusion of the van der Pals Concertino. However, with the exception of the Phyllis Tate- which seems to be beyond the scope of this forum, and my interest, the rest of the works featured seem to be most attractive!

Thank you Alan - yes I also found that.  I was just trying to hint, however clumsily, that if someone wants to draw attention to a new release then ideally they should include maximum information and a link.... It's all very well to say "google it" but that rather defeats the point of a forum of discussion and information sharing. Sorry if I'm speaking out of turn here.

Actually Martin's very good at posting links - I'm sure it was just an oversight this time round. Anyway, we now have the answer...
