Just uploaded to the Downloads section. I am really happy that Blech was properly given a tribute for the 150th anniversary of his birth, especially with brand new performances. These are all wonderful works in my view.

More good Blech news! Two days ago (May 9th), the Sinfonieorchester Aachen recorded the entire 1903 opera "Alpenkönig und Menschenfeind" (Alpine King and Misanthrope).
It is scheduled to be broadcast May 22nd at 19:05 (GMT+2) on Deutschlandfunk Kultur.
A possible cpo release, maybe?
Has this orchestra released on CPO before, Alan?
Yes - once at least:

The conductor Marcus Bosch has made a number of recordings with this orchestra for the Coviello label.
The conductor of Blech's opera is Christopher Ward, who has recorded for Capriccio.
So, who knows?
Recording sessions were completed yesterday by the orchestra. A CD release is expected soon.
Thanks - good news!
