Haarklou's piano concerto has been planned for a recording 10 years ago but stalled halfway. Since I've got the score from one of our UC members, I passed to Darrel to make a simulation. Overall, it's not music that pleases you immediately, reminds me of Brahms PC1, surely takes time to digest.. (Apologize it's not a score video yet!)
2nd and 3rd movements are still in progress..
Thanks for this - very much to my taste.
Yes, thanks a lot. Very much looking forward to the other two movements.
Great stuff, thank you!
I echo Alan's comment. Terrific music - very much my cup of tea. Thank you so much. I look forward to hearing the other movements in due course.
To sum up: more, please!
Some general details on the composer here:

We haven't talked about him for years - not many recordings of his music I think (mostly of vocal and organ works...), though someone uploaded his 4th symphony Op.113 (1920-22) at some point I see (I downloaded it but I'm not sure I've listened yet. Still, I'm intrigued by the scores I've skimmed.)
Thanks!!
Yes wonderful stuff, thank you!

My reaction exactly. :)
