Title: William Grant Still and Margaret Bonds on Deutsche Grammophon
Post by: Wheesht on Monday 01 September 2025, 12:24
William Grant Still: Symphonies 2 and 4 plus Margaret Bonds: The Montgomery Variations on a major label  with a major orchestra and conductor looks like good news to me: The recording (https://www.prestomusic.com/classical/products/9808841--still-bonds-symphonies-variatons) is now out on Deutsche Grammophon with Yannick Nézet-Séguin conducting the Philadelphia Orchestra.

Your reply was intended for the Franz Pfyffer thread I think?

In any case, 62 euros is extortionate as a fee!
