Definitely not related to Grillparzer, must be a vanity project - never knew Hopkins composed or was even performed.  Impressive lineup of performers, however. I see Andre Rieu has recorded one of his waltzes.

I snagged a portion of the program notes (detailed annotation to the disk) relating to the "Victory Overture", Op. 86 and ran them through ChatGPT translation and found out that the quotation of Shenandoah and The Battle Hymn of the Republic (not When the Saints go Marching in) are indeed related to a celebration of the Allies contribution to victory in WWII.  Gliere mistakenly attributed Shenandoah as an English folk song, but also quoted the Battle Hymn of the Republic as American.  There might even be a sniplet of Yankee Doodle passing by.  Sort of an Quodlibet Overture.  A translation of the program notes give a better explanation of all of the works on this disk.

Damn, so only Mp3s are available? That sucks. Especially since it looks like the Gliere is messed up and track 5 is missing as a download.

Question - Are the physical CD's available for purchase anywhere? I don't see them on Presto and a google search comes up empty.  Also, any streaming of these available?

As to the existence of the organ pedal in the Drammatica I suggest we refer to expert Respighi commentator on this board adriano. (haven't seen any of his posts for a while).  Maybe the organ pedal is "ad libitum"?  I do hear frequent tam-tam smashes which ought to delight Hurwitz.

Oscar Straus Der Traum ein Leben - Interesting it joins the Walter Braunfels opera and Felix Draeseke Prelude and Paul Maier (wind band) compositions on this subject by Grillparzer that I am aware of - maybe others?

I was focusing on the 1001 Nights music hoping for a new orchestral version. Maybe a Neeme Järvi or a Toccata project. Tocatta did a lot of Moszkowski orchestral music - why not some Bortkiewicz? Järvi ought to be persuaded to follow up.

The YouTube is a preview of the 1st piano concerto (which BTW is also available on the Hyperion Romantic Piano Series).  Would be nice for a new orchestral version of the 1001 Nights Suite or any of Bortkiewicz's other suites.  There's a Philharmonic Academic Orchestra of Chernigov, Ukraine with Mykola Sukach (LP or CD ?) unknown vintage of some of his suites including the 1001 Nights.  Also a mention in this forum in 21 January 2022.

Hum! The Presto site preview of the 1001 Nights Suite seems to be the solo piano version.
