Recorded back in 2002 on a Signum CD, as I recall.  The brief MPH preface to their reprint (Bradford Robinson, 2005) is here. A small amount of information here. IMSLP doesn't yet have the score (which would be PD-US only in any case until 2025- assuming the relevant law stays the same, that is; I should say 2025 at earliest...)
