This list does not include any of the composer's other orchestral works, his choral works or his chamber and instrumental music

It is extracted from the following two sources:

http://www.nederlandsmuziekinstituut.nl/nl/archieven/archievenoverzicht?task=listhandschriften&tmpl=lexicon&id=365

but since I don't read Dutch I shall probably have made several mistakes and omissions.

Reply from Christo:

Willem van Otterloo, conducting the Residentie Orchestra (The Hague) in the Third Symphony, recorded in the Amsterdam Concertgebouw 28-30 November 1955, takes 27'30 for it.
The recording is found on cd 9 of the 13cd box by Challenge Classics CC72142 ('The orginal recordings 1950-1960').

A cd with Symphony No. 15 labelled 'aspects of wind music from the netherlands' ("progressive spelling"  ), The Dutch Youth Wind Orchestra conducted by Jan Cober ('centre netherlands music' [same spelling], but without a spefic label or catalogue number, dating from 1989) takes 17'10 for all three movements.

I shall be revisiting this list over the next three or four days....once I have tried to deal with Bernard Zweers and Cornelis Dopper ;D

Christo

Oh dear. You must have learnt quite a bit of Dutch in the process.  ;)
