Yes, this glorious CD probably does not fit the bill on this site.  But it remains one of my favorite vocal discs and should be heard by everyone aboard here.  Thomas Allen delivers these classical Broadway songs with style and power and never goes further than treating them with the respect they deserve.  He is a true artist at the bidding of his material.  Ms. Masterson's voice, at times, seems a little over the top, but nevertheless she is a delightful partner.  The duets are soaring rapture, nothing less.
