I can't say that the excerpts (just added) sound even proto- Romantic.

I'd be surprised, for a work published in 1805. Even if this thread gets locked before I finish this sentence, I'm still glad to hear of the recording, since the composer and work interest me :) (The whole set of parts are at IMSLP, and a late-19th century full score too, so I'm aware of it beyond the excerpts.)
