I just got my copy of this new release by Acte Prealable at the beginning of the year, which offered us two premieres of Grzegorz Fitelberg's and a new recording of his Polish Rhapsody, Op. 25.
The two premiered works, both reconstructed by Jozef Domzal, are a violin concerto in 3 movements and a symphony (the composer's second), both about twenty minutes long. The Polish Rhapsody sounds off our limit, the symphony more so (by the way the booklet says its complete in 2 movements). The Violin Concerto however, is still firmly in late-romantic territory. So I think it would be good to make members aware of this release as G. Fitelberg has generated much discussion here in this forum.
