Interesting. Different orchestra (Berlin Comic Opera Orchestra vs. Berlin Philharmonic) . Could be. The Berlin Philharmonic YouTube has a brief video about the new recording, it seems. (I wonder if this is based on the January 2020 performance - live, not previously recorded I think?- by the Berlin Philharmonic under this conductor a review of which can be found at Bachtrack?- unless that can be found and is in fact yet a third performance based on timings )

The first three movements of the new recording have almost the same timing as in the cpo one, I see, but not the last two (comparing track listings from Presto and Allmusic respectively.) The Berlin Philharmonic recording of Summers' Tale is 3 minutes briefer.
