On Saturday, 24 October, Austrian radio OE1 is celebrating 200 years of the music collection of the Austrian National Library, ÖNB-Musiksammlung, in a live broadcast. Could be interesting, even though it is unclear how much time, if any, will be devoted to unsung composers.

even then, it might be unsung Classical-era and/or post-1920 Austrian composers, of great interest to the Sammlung but less to this community. Still, I can always hope that (e.g., of course!) Robert Fuchs' "Admont-quartett" of 1925 (catalogued as being in the Sammlung, though supposedly he only wrote four complete works plus some incomplete juvenilia-  some of which, like the finale of a string quartet in B-flat of 1871, they also have... and these items are now all digitized*) might be recorded and played in such a program.

*Well, I attempted to get a digitization link for the PDF of the Admont-quartett, received a link valid for 14 days in my email, and was informed on clicking it that alas the link was only valid for 14 days, which had expired. ... Erm... o-kay.
